Working closely with the customer to bring their unique vision to life is an integral part of our process. The client had a well-defined idea of what they wanted to achieve, and it was clear that both quality and finish were extremely important to them for this particular project.

We were instructed to undertake a significant update to this entire room. The vision for this transformation was to achieve a fresh, contemporary, and modern aesthetic. The work involved the removal of old wallpaper and outdated bedroom furniture, allowing for a clean slate. We installed new plasterboard over the old artex ceiling, which was finished with a smooth new plaster overlay. Additionally, we crafted and installed a brand new bespoke dressing table, alongside sliding wardrobes and cupboards tailored to the client's needs. To enhance the lighting, new spotlights and wall lights were fitted, accompanied by updated sockets and switches for functionality. The entire room was then painted and tastefully decorated, culminating in the installation of a soft, new carpet that completed the elegant look.

The client wanted to modernise their living room by creating an impressive media wall that would serve as a focal point. Bespoke lighting features and stylish cupboards are thoughtfully recessed into the alcoves, enhancing the overall ambiance, while a contemporary fireplace is elegantly set at the center of the chimney breast, providing both warmth and a striking visual element.

This hallway had been neglected for over 20 years, which resulted in its outdated appearance and condition. The brief was to transform it into a clean, modern space featuring a striking large feature wall.

The work performed consisted of several key tasks, including the meticulous removal of the old doors, followed by the precise fitting of all twelve new doors. Additionally, the service included the replacement of all new handles and ironmongery, ensuring a fresh and updated look throughout the space.

We were instructed by the developer to complete all second fix work associated with this particular project. The scope of work consisted of several key tasks, including the careful installation of door sets, comprehensive fire door work, the fitting of laminate flooring, and the installation of various ironmongery elements. Additionally, we were responsible for the precise installation of architraves and skirting.

This project was meticulously managed from the initial demolition phase all the way through to the final handover. Work consisted of a comprehensive full refurbishment, which involved taking the property back to its brick structure. This extensive process included the new installation of essential plumbing and electrics, along with a completely new kitchen and bathroom that were designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

We were instructed to carry out a comprehensive range of first fix work on this large extension of an already operating GP surgery located in North London. The work consisted of installing new timber joists complete with noggins, constructing a substantial flat roof, and creating new floors, which were then meticulously boarded.

This entire property required new skirting board to be meticulously fitted throughout the various rooms. The work consisted of the installation of 90 meters of elegant Ovolo skirting board, which enhanced the overall aesthetic of the space. Additionally, flooring beading was carefully fitted in both the bedrooms and the ground floor hallway, ensuring a seamless finish that complemented the new skirting.

A new joinery package has been successfully installed, which consisted of nine brand-new doors, twelve new frames, four new window boards, fresh architrave and skirting boards, and all-new ironmongery throughout the property. This comprehensive upgrade has transformed the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
